A quiet practice

Five questions for a
quiet weekly reflection.

Not a review of how well you performed. Just a little room to notice the week you have lived.

Some weeks end neatly. Others leave loose threads: a conversation still echoing, a small pleasure nearly missed, a tiredness that arrived before we noticed it.

A weekly reflection does not need to turn those things into answers. It can simply make space for what was present.

  1. 01

What felt quietly meaningful this week?

Notice the moments that mattered without needing to make them impressive.

  2. 02

What asked more of me than I expected?

Name the effort, visible or invisible, without judging how you carried it.

  3. 03

What did I learn by paying attention?

Perhaps a preference became clearer, a boundary appeared, or something simple proved useful.

  4. 04

What can I leave with this week?

Not everything needs to be carried into the next one.

  5. 05

What deserves a little room in the days ahead?

A conversation, a pause, a practical next step, or something you want to notice more carefully.

Before you go

You can answer one question or all five. A few honest words are enough.
